You Dust go to the Must Tournament! (o deberías ir al torneo de Dust en LUF)

Dust Must, What is Dust? Why must we go to the tournament and more is the subject of this post, a dust tournament that you should go.

I have ask 5 questions to the organizers of the tournament (players), in order to let all the readers know about Dust and the tournament:

What type of game is Dust?, About how many miniatures are we talking about if we are thinking in a standard dust game?
Where is LUF?, How many tables you can settle? you have limited places?
It takes a day to play the tournament or is played along many weekends?
What an infinity guy would like of Dust?

¿Qué tipo de juego es Dust?, ¿De cuántas miniaturas estamos hablando si pensamos en una partida estándar de Dust?

So here are the answers:

What type of game is Dust?, About how many miniatures are we talking about if we are thinking in a standard dust game?

The best is to start playing to 150 points, to end playing 250, but every amount of points is funny and equally tactic. When playing 250, for example, you might put 3 units of 5 guys, 2 walkers and 2 heroes (they are not many minis).

¿Qué tipo de juego es Dust?, ¿De cuántas miniaturas estamos hablando si pensamos en una partida estándar de Dust?

Lo ideal es que se empiece jugando a 150 puntos, para terminar a unos 250, como lo ideal, pero cualquier tamaño intermedio es divertido e igualmente táctico. A 250, por ejemplo, podes llegar a poner 3 unidades de 5 tipos y 2 walkers, y dos héroes. No son muchas minis.

Where is LUF?, How many tables you can put there?, do you have place to play?

LUF is the club where you (for me, Bernohn) are going to play infinity this saturday (for yesterday), jajaja. It is in Munro, Vicente Lopez. The maximun amount of players of this tourney is 24 players, because this is related with the tables we can set. The boards are small, two boards fit in a warhammer table.

LUF es donde vamos a jugar Infinity el sábado, jeje. Es en Munro, Vicente Lopez. El cupo máximo del torneo es 24 participantes, ya que es la cantidad de mesas que se pueden poner. Son tableros pequeños, cuatro jugadores por cada mesa de Warhammer.

Is the tournament play in one day only or it covers succesive weekends?

Only one day, from the midday untill it end. It will be three games with a maximun time of 2 hours each game, the best two wil play the last game, the great final.

¿Se juega en un día o son varios fines de semana sucesivos?

Un único día, desde las 12 hasta que termine. Son tres partidas con un tiempo máximo de 2 horas cada partida, los dos mejores jugarán una 4 partida, la Gran Final.

What might an ininity player like of Dust ?

The Walkers, they are great, the vive and the style of the game, so tactic, in wich every movement counts. The miniatures are really beautifull and the ruleset is flawless.

¿Qué puede llegar a gustarle a un infinitero de Dust?

¡¡Los Walkers!! Son geniales, la onda, y el estilo de juego muy táctico en el que cada movimiento cuenta. Las miniaturas son preciosas, y el reglamento impecable.

Why should we go?

This is a very addictive game, very funny, tactic, dynamic and with few miniatures, yes, I know, more than infinity itself but really few. Without exagerating, whoever tries it ends up loving it ans building an army. By now there are three factions, its the year 1947 of an alternative world in which it is being exploited a new type of alien tecnology that allows setting up the walkers. The axis appart from this has the Zombies!, The allies trust in the Mecha-Power of the Walkers, and the Sino-Soviet Alliance trust in the power of the masses and their helicopters. Its goint to appear a new faction the next year.

¿Por qué deberíamos ir? (espacio para que vendas el evento)

Es un juego altamente adictivo, muy divertido, táctico, dinámico, y con pocas miniaturas, si muchas más que en Intinity. Sin exagerar, quien lo prueba, se enamora y se termina armando un ejército. Por ahora hay tres facciones, es el año 1947, pero de un mundo alternativo en el que se está explotando un tipo de tecnología alienígena que permite tener los Walkers. El Eje aparte tiene zombies! Los Aliados apuestan al poder mecanizado de sus Walkers, y la alianza Sino Soviética, al poder de las masas y de sus helicópteros. Se sabe que para principios del año próximo saldrá una cuarta facción.
